Summary

This role in our Bangalore office requires very high attention to detail and the ability to filter and analyze large amounts of raw invoice data in telecom carrier billing portals. The considered candidates should be knowledgeable in the US and International network / telecom services including Local, Long Distance, Data and International telecom products, services and Invoicing, as well as Wireless Services and emerging technologies.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Extract and perform detailed analysis of customer usage data from the telecom providers’ digital/electronic and non-electronic invoices
• Develop client usage demand sets (Baseline of Services) to be used as a starting position for negotiations and comparisons with the telecom and network providers
• Routinely interact with the US based project team to manage the data collection process and present the baseline analysis throughout the project timeline
• Coordinate with the US based project team to understand project scope, plan the task accordingly and manage to complete it within agreed timeline
• Review the feedback shared by the US based project team on a completed project, identify the gaps to be bridged and work towards process improvement
• Support other Service Line Projects (Network Audit Dial out, Audit Inventory, Telecom Expense Management, Pre-sales Network Assessments and other projects related to Network assessment or similar skills) and reporting requirements that will enhance company processes, services and deliverables
• Inclination towards improvement in current process by sharing relevant ideas
  
  

Required Experience And Qualifications

• Must have completed a Bachelor degree or an equivalent qualification, post graduates preferred
• 1-2 year of working experience
• Knowledge of US based telecom and network service carrier and offerings & nomenclature (Enterprise Solutions and Contracts) including all varieties of wireless and wireline services, along with some knowledge of pricing structures and invoicing conventions
• Imperative to understand: Top US Telecom carriers (Wireline and Wireless services)
• Important to understand: Other (Global) Telecom Carriers (Wireline and Wireless services)
• Experience to perform accurate and timely provider contract analysis, Telecom Pricing analytics
• Experience in working with US based companies/clients and communicating effectively
• Experience to work in an Off-Shore business environment
• Strong Analytical background supported by excellent computer skills; MS-Excel, MS-Access, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint

• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of client information is essential
• Basic understanding of following ISO rules and regulations will be plus point
