JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for Network & Cloud Support Engineer. And candidates are responsible for implementing, monitoring and managing the local and wide area networks of an organization to ensure maximum uptime for users. The role can include designing system configurations, documenting and managing the installation of a new network, and maintaining and upgrading existing systems as necessary, Along with Candidate should have strong Cloud engineering knowledge to develop, implement, optimize, and maintain cloud-based solutions. Candidate will be responsible for deploying and debugging cloud stacks, educating teams on new cloud initiatives, and ensuring the security of the cloud infrastructure.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Designing and implementing network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks

•Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including Firewall, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP

•Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise network efficiency and security

•Maximising network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.

•Managing AWS cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.

•Deploying and debugging cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the AWS lifecycle

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

•Hands on experience in troubleshooting Sophos UTM 9, XG UTM, Sophos firewall manager, Sophos AP, CCC and External iView

•Troubleshooting IPsec VPNs with Sophos / XG and UTM 9. Also troubleshoot SSL, PPTP and L2TP VPN with Cyberoam / XG.

•Troubleshooting cases based on Internet access policies, Web and application filter, Bandwidth policies, Surfing Quota policies and Data transfer policies.

•Knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN (Site-to-Site & Remote Access),VLAN, DNS, DHCP, High Availability, HTTP/S, PAT, QoS, Various Authentication Mechanism, ARP, IPS, Anti-virus, Anti-spam, URL filtering and Access List.

•Hands on experience in the Gateway level and EUC level IT security.

•Hands on experience in AWS services like VPC, EC2, S3, ELB, Auto Scaling Groups(ASG),EBS, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation, Route 53.

•Experience in creating multiple VPC’s and public, private subnets as per requirement and distributed them as groups into various availability zones of the VPC.

•Hands on experience in security groups, network ACL’s, internet gateways and route tables to ensure a secure zone for organization in AWS public cloud.

•Hands on experience Creating and configuring elastic load balancers and auto scaling groups to distribute the traffic and to have a cost efficient, fault tolerant and highly available environment.

•Experience of monitoring and alerting of production and other servers.

•Experience in taking backups of the volumes and images of AWS Services

•Hands-on experience in the AWS Security Management.
