2) Candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in network troubleshooting on calls for global customers ( Troubleshooting switch issue like dead switch,switch replacement etc,routers issues ,LAN& WAN connectivity issues ,troubleshoot network errors and performance problems, Troubleshoot Network Outages and Understand NW Logs,Working knowledge of Small, Medium or Large Scale NW Switches Install and configure software systems that support the network infrastructure such as, network monitoring systems, log monitors, DNS servers, firewalls, and IDS/IPS systems
3)The candidates must be flexible to work in any kinds of shifts ,They will be supporting the American region and B2B process.
4) The responsibility of the candidate is to pick up calls and understand the issue and raise a ticked on behalf of the customer and trouble shoot the issue.
5)Will be responsible to solve any hardware and software issues like switch issues, router issues lan wan connectivity issues ,Troubleshoot Network Outages and Understand NW Logs ,Working knowledge of Small, Medium or Large Scale NW Switches etc
