Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent work experience considered

2. 5+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role, focusing on server management and infrastructure components

3. Proficient in Windows Server OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, and patch management

4. Knowledgeable in Group Policy Objects, Active Directory security, and compliance configuration

5. Proficient in managing physical servers, including overseeing hardware components, upgrade procedures (firmware updates, BIOS upgrades, and driver installations),and troubleshooting hardware-related issues affecting server and storage systems

6. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Intune management is highly desirable

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to troubleshoot complex technical issues

8. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery
