Qualification Criteria/Work Experience :
• Handle Network, Server, Systems & escalated calls as a technical specialist.
• ITIL process knowledge and understanding is a must.
• Attend calls allocated to them by the Helpdesk through V-Fire ticketing Tool.
• Installation of updates/patches/bugfixes of business applications
• Support on all desktop software (Office automation products)
• Build and Maintain Site Knowledgebase
• Server backups and periodic maintenance
• Audit, designs, develops and implements integrated network architectures to follow best practices and rectify any problems.
• Carries out advanced assignments requiring the development of new improved techniques and procedures related to networking.
• Install, configures and maintains network operating system application software as appropriate.
