About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Configure and install various network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and QoS
2. Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations
3. Monitor performance to ensure system availability and reliability
4. Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
5. Provide IT support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
6. Adhere to established configuration and change management policies for network infrastructure changes
7. Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the company's security team
8. Collaborate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem-resolution
