Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Incident response and management
Support customer via Call, Email and Chat.
Monitor Network and Server Infrastructure.
Timely updation of issues and status to all the required stakeholders.
Troubleshoot network and server infrastructure.
Taking config backups
Adhere to shift handover process.
Work in 24x7 rotational shifts, for supporting Network operations.
Develop and maintain related documentation.
Education:BE / BTech / MCA / MSc IT / BCA / BSc (Computers) or any equalient graduation degree from university.
Preferred Certification or Training:
CCNA
ITIL
LPI

Technical Knowledge:

Knowledge of Ubuntu or Debian, CentOS - Mandatory
Knowledge of Network and Monitoring tools
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills along with quick learner
Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol suite. - Desirable
