About The Team

This team works under general supervision with increased latitude for independent judgment. Identifies non-routine issues and routes/escalates to appropriate team member. Works on multiple concurrent projects of medium complexity. Provides project status reports to management or senior peers.

What You Will Be Doing

• Well Expertise in Managing Deployment Projects in Data Networks with outstanding networking knowledge.
• Lead Provisioning Escalation in Managed & Unmanaged Services through to Successful Deployment
• Lead Programs / Projects & Ensuring the Schedule Projects are Driven with schedule planned activity person, provide successful completion of event and raised through to Appropriate Levels Internally & Drive the Escalation through with Telco / COLO.
• Act as Single Point of Contact to Drive Different Teams (Core team, N/w design and Field support)
• Well Versed with experience for network troubleshooting in LAN and WAN environment.
  

What you Bring

• Strong knowledge on ISP, Data Services, LAN , WAN, Vendor Management, Project Coordination, network troubleshooting
• Ability to work with end users via tickets to solve tier 1-3 level issues
• Ability to work tickets for end user telephony setups, issues, and technical voice support
• Ability to analzye issues and troubleshoot to narrow the scope of more complex issues

• Good to haveExperience on Avaya system
• Knowledge ofFIS' products and services
• Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
• Knowledge of financial services industry
• Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
