Job Description

Network Security Specialist - Level 3 Engineer(Global)

Shift: Rotational

Technical Competency -

DC Experience-Cisco Nexus 7k, Cisco Nexus 5k, ASR.
Firewall - Cisco ASA, Juniper
VPN
Cisco ACE and F5 load balancer
WAAS
Proxy IronPort and Bluecoat
Experience in routing and switching
BGP/MPLS
Juniper Platform experience
Good oral and written communication in English
Certifications : CCIE Security/ DC ( preferred ) , CCNP -Security, JNSEC

Behavioral Competency

Good written and verbal communications skills.
Natural Customer service oriented with excellent delegation and follow up skills to ensure tasks are tracked and completed in due time.
Good team player and collaboration
Assertive and possess the flexibility to orient him/herself to the demands of the business.
Good analytical and planning skills
Ability to function effectively in a quality conscious, process driven and extremely productivity driven organization
Ability to interact with onsite customers and senior peers across the globe.
Should have hands of experience, working as a Network Engineer.
Should be open for US business hours and Out of Business hour support
