Qualification:

B. Tech/M. Tech in Computer Systems Engineering/ Computer Systems and Networks/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering & Network Security Management + 4 years related experience

and

Certifications from

CISCO Certification Program - available at entry (CCENT), associate, (CCNA), professional (CCNP), expert (CCIE) and architect (highest level of accreditation achievable) levels

or

Juniper Networks Certification Program (JNCP) - available at associate, specialist, professional and expert levels and

Python scripting - a high-level programming language and its scripting is used to manipulate networks.

NOTE : CISCO Certifications are Highly preferred. Hands on Cisco device networking experience including routers & switches, WLCs, APs, Radius servers, etc.,

Expert knowledge of networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, UDP,IPv4, 802.11, QoS and routing

Good Working knowledge of security aspects of networking interface that includes WPAx-personal and WPAx-Enterprise authentication protocols.

Proven Experience with network hardware and infrastructure such as routers, hubs, servers, VPNs, and switches for Local LANs, WANs and Wireless LANs

Configuring and maintaining various network hardware and software such as routers, switches servers and firewalls to ensure network security and efficiency

Knowledge of cloud networking architecture, virtualization, and automation

Responsible to own, draft, finalize the verification procedures for the network requirements identified for MIC products.

Conducting maintenance of network and implementing network upgrade tasks such as installing new hardware or software, upgrading existing devices, or making changes to network configurations including security configurations

Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies and defining and monitoring access.

Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting complex network issues

Good working knowledge of working using Linux operating system, Qt/QML modules, Python scripts, Databases, Active Directories (AD), LDAP etc.,

Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools

Collaborating with other teams such as system administrators or security personnel for resolving issues and ensuring the optimal working of the networks

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Good time management skills to coordinate various project aspects

Defines, documents, and enforces system standards.
