Manual testing of networking products (mainly ADC) and networking protocols

Functional, Stress and scale testing of data center appliances and cloud solutions including NFV

Mentor junior engineers and participate in training process

Follow complete testing process including design, review and execution of test cases, logging defects and tracking them to closure

Recreation and verification of customer defects

Requirements:

- BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA

- 2 to 4 years' experience in network Security product/protocol testing

- In-depth understanding of basic networking including switching and routing

- In-depth knowledge/work experience in application level / higher layer protocols: (TCP, UDP, SNMP, HTTP, FTP, DNS, SSL)

- Experience in testing virtualization, NFV and cloud environments (VMware,KVM,Hyper V, Open Stack, AWS)

- Experience in using traffic generation tools (example: Avalanche, IXIA )and packet analysis tools (Example Wire shark)

- Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Advanced technical skills in troubleshooting and problem resolution

Advantages:

Knowledge of security mitigation (DDOS, DPI, Web Application Firewall)

Coding/Scripting using Java/TCL/Perl/Python

Experience in working with Agile methodology
