Responsibilities

Responsible for leading testing teams and supervising staff and projects.
Responsible for taking the lead on projects and initiatives involving new product and feature development, as well as quality initiatives related to automation and process improvement.
Timely code review of automation scripts from team members and provide timely feedback to ensure the enterprise coding standards related to automation design and implementation is adhered.

Functional Skills

Create, organize, and maintain test plans, test suites, and test cases based on project requirements and acceptance criteria, and to identify and prioritize manual test cases for automation.
Develop guidelines for automated testing, and framework-based testing options.
Strategize QA Plans, define QA tasks, and create and manage QA estimates
Perform manual functional, integration, regression, interoperability, and end-to-end system testing.
Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure that the highest quality software is deployed safely and quickly.

Must Have

TECHNICAL SKILLS :

8+ years of demonstrated experience in systems development life cycle, with strong knowledge of QA procedures and methodologies for automated testing in an enterprise environment
Proven test experience of complex, multi technology platforms and systems
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to focus on deadlines, deliverables, accept and manage changing priorities and issues quickly and professionally
Expert level knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
Knowledge of software development, design patterns, release process, test methodologies
Exposure with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, or similar)
Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, JAVA, Python)
Good Knowledge on Salesforce Service, Sales Cloud & Data Migration Testing with Package Validation.
Experience developing and executing Salesforce functional and integration tests.
Experience maintaining a Salesforce manual regression test library and sound knowledge of Salesforce Health cloud.
Knowledge on Custom Objects and Tabs, Email services, Security Controls, AppExchange Package & Custom Application, Sandbox data loading.
Proficient with Rest and SOAP API testing (Postman, RestSharp, or REST-assured, SOAPUI) and DB testing.
Good understanding of database and highly proficient with SQL querying.
Familiar with Builds and Continuous Integration (Jenkins)
