Emoluments (fixed) P.M. (Rs): 50,000/-

Essential Qualification: M Tech/Master’s degree in any branch of science with Patent Agent /LLM (IP) with Minimum 2 years of work experience in Patent Drafting, filing, searching, analysis, landscaping/prosecution and license agreement drafting.

Job Description: The Executive Officer*(IP) will be responsible to scout and manage IP requirements of the startups of PUSAKRISHI. She/He will search, draft, file, analyze and comply with all the requirements of the startups for all kinds of IP Needs. The Executive Officer*(IP) will work closely with the CEO and Business Manager to ensure the day-to-day smooth running and implementation of all aspects of the incubator including cohort selection, management and reporting.

Age Limit: Upper Age limit will be 45 years
