Job Description
1. Has to take daily night round of all staff.
2. Directing and Supervising the work of staff.
3. Communicating with all departments staff.
4. Ensuring protocols to be followed in hospital.
5. Good Communication Skills.
6. Handle Staff Of all Departments

8. Monitors the use of diagnostic services, inpatient beds, facilities, and staff to ensure effective use of resources and assesses the need for additional staff, equipment, and services.
9. Inspects facilities and recommends building or equipment modifications to ensure emergency readiness and compliance to access, safety, and sanitation regulations.
10. Ability to define priorities and to assign resources in pursuit of short- and long-term goals.
