As a member of one of our Technology teams, you will contribute to building solutions that use natural language processing, cognitive computing, and artificial intelligence applications or the frameworks and infrastructure that support them.
NLP Scientists are responsible for producing innovative solutions driven by exploratory data analysis from complex and high-dimensional datasets. They develop high-performance speech recognition models and/or algorithms and support integration of the results into products. The NLP Scientists work with a development team to collect and prepare audio and text data in English and/or multiple languages to build models, using the latest techniques, and deploy these models into live services.
Interactions is looking for a strong, talented Speech Scientist with a strong history in building Statistical Language Models, and using Machine Learning for classification. At Interactions we push the envelope in Natural Language Understanding (NLU) to provide the best-possible experience for our customers.
As a member of the Speech and Language team, you will work with leading people in the industry to develop modeling techniques to advance the state of the art in spoken language understanding. This work is high profile and will have a direct impact on the company and our industry’s leading customer care solutions.
