a. Qualifications:
i. BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MSc/ MCA qualification or equivalent
b. Experience
i. Minimum experience of 1 year as network administrator
ii. Should have basic scripting skills and experience of working with automation tools
iii. Understanding of network technologies and concepts
iv. Should have experience with using network management platforms
v. Managing network related trouble ticketing using the standard procedures
vi. Monitoring all network devices and ensure the availability as per SLA.
vii. Experience of ensuring Network device compliances with all frame works like security, Authentication and authorization, Monitoring, Incident Management and Change Management.
viii. Experience of Modification/Add/Change (MAC) requests using the service request tools or other mechanism.
ix. Managing and monitoring the performance and utilization of all devices as per defined threshold.
x. Managing all security SLA and Compliance of all network devices defined as per project policies.
xi. Troubleshooting and managing network devices remotely and use the feet on street as required
xii. Experience in managing, configuring and integrating enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs etc.
xiii. Ability to script and identification of opportunities of automation of routine tasks
xiv. Ability to coordinate with Vendors and project for approval and coordination’s as required
