We are looking for a talented NodeJS Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio that showcases their coding skills and should be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain server-side applications and APIs using Node.js.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Write and maintain unit tests to ensure robustness and reliability of systems.
Contribute to architectural decisions and actively engage in code reviews.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in existing software.
Understand and meet performance benchmarks.
Ensure data security through best practices.
Keep abreast of latest trends and technologies in Node.js and JavaScript ecosystems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
1-3 years of experience with Node.js.
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks.
Familiarity with RESTful API design.
Understanding of MVC architecture.
Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Experience with database drivers such as Mongoose and others.
Proficient in JWT authentication, Oauth, and Firebase.
Experience with version control systems (Git).
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with Docker and containerization. (optional)
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular. (optional)
Experience with testing frameworks like Mocha, Jest, or Jasmine. (optional)
