Job Description

Job Summary:

Consultant- Talent Acquisition will manage diverse set of hiring needs for the business units, provide

right information and branding out the organization to the candidates, prioritize work, address the

needs and work towards stakeholder delight in acquiring the best fitment of talent in tune with the

needs of the organization. Role will evaluate profiles for role fitment, conduct prescreening and

collaborate with different hiring managers to understand specific business needs and will cultivate

seamless client and candidate relationship. Role will offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation

process through to its completion. Follow up with respective department managers and assist with the

candidate's transition process.

The TA consultant will attract talent from diverse background, organize the entire hiring lifecycle events

and drive quality assurance across all deliverables and ensure compliance to organization norms and

standards. Role will ensure right hiring mix as defined, will publish dashboards and relevant metrics and

attend regular hiring updates.

 Understands and meets stated needs & requirements of the stakeholders, brings contextual

nuances in deliverables and work output to truly partner with all concerned stakeholders.

 Monitors own work to ensure delivery within the desired performance standards. Understands

the importance of delivery within expected time, budget and quality standards and displays

concern in case of deviation.

 Takes initiative to develop own technical / behavioral skills; reflects and learns from experiences

of self and others.

 Is receptive to new ideas and different perspectives, Questions routine/ procedures that do not

seem efficient and can be improved.

 Adapts to other cultures and unfamiliar situations, thinks on the feet & displays sense of

urgency for completion of deliverables.

 Encourages teamwork and collaboration by promoting openness and dialogue, facilitates

participation of self and other team members in organizational decisions and motivates other

team members and drives pride and positivity in work. Exhibits professionalism in conduct of

work and respects others’ views.

 Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills required to

interact with colleagues including customer, hiring managers, manpower vendors, supervisors

and team members.

 Demonstrates drive to take up more complex hiring profiles and consistently deliver on

expected targets.

 Must be able to partner with business leaders beyond day to day recruiting and build

stakeholder connect.

Technical Skills:

 Talent Acquisition experience encompassing the entire gamut of recruiting with a significant

experience in hiring Non- IT & Volume based hiring Specially in US Mortgage, Commercial Hiring

& Residential Hiring

 Basic experience in workday or any other popular ATS

 Strong knowledge of the local talent market and sourcing channels

 Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing

techniques and skills

 Strong research and candidate lead generation skills

 Should have basic understanding of compensation structures and fitment as per job roles.

 Experience in achieving recruiting goals under tight deadlines.

 Strong sourcing strategies with an ability to manage multiple searches with varying priorities

 Strong social media hiring skills

 Experience with HR analytics and metrics and an ability to use analytics to make better hiring

decisions.

 Stakeholder management experience

 Workday experience is an added advantage

Educational Qualification and Experience:

 Minimum of 15 years of formal education – Any Graduate / Post Graduate.

 Professional work experience of 4 to 6 years.
