Job Description

Handle inbound/ outbound /chat/emails (B2b and B2c) and work for international travel.
Responsible for maintaining and achieving individual targets and conversions and revenue targets. 
Ability to work under pressure in stringent targets. knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, Amadeus, GDS systems and e-travel) would be an advantage. Demonstrate excellent communication skills with customer oriented approach.
Numerical Ability, High level of accuracy
Energetic, friendly and approachable individuals that understand the impact of great customer service
Responsible to deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets
Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently
Maintains composure and patience with customer
