Skills Required :

• Should be flexible with rotational Shifts
• Graduates with minimum 1 year of Voice / Non Voice Experience

• Should have knowledge /understanding on world checks LexisNexis and negative researches ,PEP, Adverse news, CDD (Customer Due Diligence) , EDD (Enhance Due Diligence) etc.
• Should know how to work on research engine/tools like Bloomberg, Reuters, S&P, DnB
• Ability to perform effectively to strict deadlines
• Ability to work in multiple shifts
