We are looking for candidates who have experience in Back office (Non Voice process) who have hands on experience with UK/ US process.
Work timing will be 9 am to 6 pm Indian time(weekends off).
Hours and Environment.

This is a full-time job 9.00 am to 6pm Indian timing, Monday to Friday.

Experience: • 12 - 18 months in non-voice process

Responsibilities

Analyzing customer data:

Analyzing customer data to gain insights into their needs.

Performing data entry tasks:

Entering customer information into a database in an accurate and timely manner.

Processing customer requests:

Processing customer requests by researching and following up.

Executing customer queries:

Executing customer queries while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Maintaining customer relationships:

Developing and maintaining customer relationships to ensure long-term loyalty.
