Good English Speaking
Personal Laptop is mandatory
Qualification - Result awaited or Graduate

Responsibilities:

Will have to do primary research though various online sources like google, LinkedIn
Maintain the data into EXCEL sheet
Processing customer requests by researching and following up.
Executing customer queries while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Developing and maintaining customer relationships to ensure long-term loyalty.
