Job Description:
· Manages the NR Portfolio, also responsible for NTB and
sale of TPP products.
· Ensuring optimal relations with the branches HNI's,
NRI & Retail customer base to ensure
relationship deepening and
increase the stickiness of the customer
· Managing HNI & NRI customer base to enhance
customer satisfaction & brand loyalty.
· Maintaining profitability for the channel by promoting
banking & TPP products like
Insurance, MF, Demat A/C,
Loans, Credit Cards etc.
· Build, Monitor and advise NRI clients on Banking and
Investment requirements.
· Ability to source NRI Business Banking Accounts
· Thorough knowledge of Current Account/Trade
Account opening/transaction processes
· Strong Communication skills with assertive
attitude
· Knowledge of Trade, Forex and Business Assets
· Strong follow up ability & keenness
· Ability to spot opportunities in the portfolio for Up
selling / X Selling bank product.
