Job Description

Position Title: O365/EMS Technical Architect

Employment Status: Full time

Functional Skills Required:

Experience presenting solutions to IT.
Ability to solve complex problems and present the problems and their resolution in a clear and concise fashion.
Communicate deadlines and set expectations
Office 365 (Exchange Online) migration experience
Azure infrastructure migration experience a plus
Enterprise Mobility Suite experience a plus
Forefront Identity Manager (or MIM) server deployment experience a plus
PowerShell

Additional general skills needed for success:

Good business communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively on a team as well as independently with minimal oversight
Experience leading a team through complex migrations from design to execution
Ability and willingness to adapt to changing business conditions
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the work
Conscientious with an internal and external customer centric mentality
