Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Hands-on experience in SAP – FI and SD modules 2. Payment receipt entries in SAP 3. Follow up for overdue payment, advices & deduction details 4. Calculate and issues CN/DN on time 5. Prepare & share debtors control sheet on weekly basis 6. Monitor weekly rejection details 7. Prepare bill of exchange against LC & follow up for payment & also maintain daily track sheet 8. Vendor provisioning , bill booking & issue payments on time 9. Excellent communication skills - direct follow ups with OEMs 10. Working knowledge of Goods and Services Tax and E-Way Bills 11. Collect quarterly account statement from all customers & do 100% reconciliation within time lines & follow up for recon. items 12. Collect physical stock report from C&FAs on monthly basis. Also track slow moving inventory in each depot 13. Collect stock statement from transit warehouses every month-end. 14. Other accounting entries .e. stock adjustments, short supply debit notes etc. Technical competencies (Mandatory) 1. Should have prior experience working in a Commercial dept. 2. Should have working knowledge of GST. 3. Should have knowledge of SAP. 4. Should be well-versed in MS-Office . 5. Should be able to easily interact with customers - 6. Should be pro-active and willing to work long hours and meet deadlines. -
