Job Description

Salary:- 5k to 7k

Fresher

Good Communication

Front Office (Reception, Inquiries, Calling, Telecalling, Inquiries)

Back office ( Record updates for Softcopy and Hardcopy, Lab Scheduling, Payment records)

The candidate should have good communication and a presentable personality.

Good command in computer and excel work proficiency.

Handle all responsibilities of the front desk and client handling responsibilities also.

Manage day-to-day reporting

Telecalling

Coordinate and oversee all office activities

Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies

Oversee the members of the administrative team and coordinate their activities

Make travel arrangements for the senior managers

Handle phone calls and all related correspondence

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

In-depth knowledge of office management and accounting processes
