g. Appointment of a new person if required.
h. Billing & Recovery Monitoring.
i. Evaluation of employees’ work.
j. Periodic meetings with seniors.
k. Feedback to seniors.
l. Technologically updated.
m. Staff Payments leaves etc.
n. Coordination and correspondence with Banks.
o. Assisting marketing team.
p.Day to day input and output files
q. Court matters monitoring
r. Updation of manual files.
s. Maintaining a weekly report of a staff member.
t. Monthly estimation of work.
u. New work possibility.
v. Planing for new work.
w. Any other work related to the execution of daily work.
x. Any new suggestion for speedy work, quality work.
y. Monthly review of work.
Terms and Conditions
. There will a training period of two months
b. Salary in the training period will be 10000/- per month
c. After successful completion of the training period, the salary will be between 15000 to20000/- per month as per performance.
