What kind of experience & skills do I need for this role?
- Proficient with Tally/Quick Books(brownie points for quick books knowledge),excellent analytical skills, specifically related to bank/financial statements, budgets and projects.
- Process oriented: Demonstrable commitment to implementing and following processes, documentation etc.
- Working knowledge of corporate law, finance and taxes, be able to create and understand such documents.
- Fairly computer savvy, proficient at using the Internet, web browsers, word processors, spreadsheets and demonstrable technical aptitude, quickly learns and adopt new technologies.
- Intelligent with good logical reasoning and great attention to details. Demonstrated ability to be proactive, take initiative and exercise good judgment, discretion and confidentiality in all tasks.
- Navigus is a startup and we have a culture where everyone takes extreme ownership of their tasks and projects and its expected of any team member.
- Command over one or more languages amongst Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam preferred. Prior experience working with any successful entrepreneur(s) preferred.
What should I have graduated in?
- Graduate with some years of experience managing people.
- AI experience is an added plus.
