Responsibilities and Duties
- Communication – emails, calls (both internal and external)
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office in common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervision and leading tasks from idealization to completion.
- Assist the MD in Day to Day operational activities.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Complete projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- The experience between 4 to 5 years
- Expert in Excel, PowerPoint
- Expert in MS Office
- Proficient in English & Hindi Language
- Excellent thought process
- Strong Business Acumen
- Sound Experience in handling offshore team members
- Good Academic background
- Preferably BA, MA, MBA from a reputed institute
