Job Description

Job Summary

  • Manage the MD office
  • Communication – emails, calls (both internal and external)
  • Maintain confidentiality of information
  • Manage multiple priorities
  • Support senior leadership

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Communication – emails, calls (both internal and external)
  • Managing filing system.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office in common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervision and leading tasks from idealization to completion.
  • Assist the MD in Day to Day operational activities.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Complete projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • The experience between 4 to 5 years
  • Expert in Excel, PowerPoint
  • Expert in MS Office
  • Proficient in English & Hindi Language
  • Excellent thought process
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Sound Experience in handling offshore team members
  • Good Academic background
  • Preferably BA, MA, MBA from a reputed institute
