l Overall responsible of compliances submission/Tracking (statutory)
l Workspace management, Key Management, Visitor management
l · Manage transport/Travel operations manage related queries
l · Mail room operations, Front office operations
l · Monitoring and managing housekeeping supplies
l · Monitoring & Managing Pantry, stationery & printing supplies.
l · Processing of Invoices/Bills.
l · Preparation of Financial forecasting/budget.
l · Office and other facility related equipment AMC tracking & renewal.
l · Rectifying complaints like cooling, lighting, electrical, carpentry and plumbing.
l Managing processes & coordination with existing / new vendors for renew contracts/ AMC’s
l · Tracking, Monitoring and tallying monthly expenses of vendors/ contractors.
l · Staffing,Supervision, Delegation
l · Important communication with office colleagues and extend support
l · Inventory management, Office upkeep
l · Timely accounting expenses in SAP system
l · Supporting colleagues for logistic related issues.
