Managing MDs Calendar & sending reminders accordingly
Taking notes /dictations and preparing correspondence on behalf of the MD / BOM
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Managing and reviewing filing and office systemsTyping documents for MD / BOM
Organizing meetings and ensuring the MD is briefed for meetings
Arranging payments for Bills, credit card and processing reimbursements for MD/BOM
Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
Co-ordination with the designer and the management regarding entire rebranding of company comprising of print ad materials, E-mailer ads, Presentations, News Write-ups, Website, Brochure,Exhibition / conference arrangements, etc.
Co-coordinating with international offices for any ad requirements they have Co-ordination with national and international vendors for printing, publications etc.
Collation, segregation and circulation of designing data for the designer, vendors and employees.
