Ensure a fluid work environment within the office by performing a wide range of communication, coordination, administrative and front office duties.

Responsibilities

• Make & answer the telephone calls professionally, exhibiting excellent business communication skills to handle customer questions & objections.
• Write, process, sort, and route incoming & outgoing mail.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments & meetings. Maintain calendars.
• Provide administrative & accounting support, as and when required. Monitor and manage the inventory of office supplies.
• Develop, sort & maintain files, reports, databases, spreadsheets, as and when required. Draft and proofread correspondence, and conduct research.
• Actively participate in HR activities, engage with People to seek feedback to improve culture in the workplace.
• Greet visitors in a warm & professional manner.
