Designation: Office Assistant
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Billing, stock management, receipts, accounts, etc.
Desired Profile:
1. Managing day-to-day invoicing, inventory control & delivery, collections, and activities.
2. Raising Purchase orders and sourcing products, managing the goods inward related activities.
3. Tracking payments made online, cash, cheque, account transfers, etc., and raising receipts & accounting in ERP
4. Coordinate with the field sales team on customer requirements of our goods and arrange for delivery through delivery staff, following all documentation requirements.
5. Working with external logistics teams to maintain the quality and timeliness of order deliveries
6. Working with internal and external teams to improve inventory control.
7. Creating performance reports and presenting results periodically and whenever required.
8. Well-versed in the usage of computers, MS office suite (especially MS Excel),ERP, etc.
