The Circular Square jobs - Office Assistant

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include: 

1. Track the venue calendar and highlight to the manager about conflicts in appointments/events and free slots 
2. Supervise the work and event space & administer the facilities (for instance, ensuring uninterrupted internet and power supply to clients, raise & track service tickets with suppliers in case of disruption supervise housekeeping and door keeping staff, organize seating as per event requirement, etc.)
3. Provide accurate details of services offered by the venue to any visitors and maintaining tracker of leads
4. Assist in making and printing creatives required for event promotions, branding, etc.
