Responsible for managing day to day office work. Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible for carrying out everyday work with the below given responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for general office operations including upkeeping of office records and filing system.
• Compose and prepare confidential correspondences, reports and other complex documents.
• Proven track record in dealing with plants, and saplings.
• Keep stock and order materials and stationary required for office use purpose, place order in advance for office/client requirements.
• Sending courier and collecting mails as per requirements.
• Printing related documents and other necessary important office work related documents.
• Produce/amend standard forms for use on site & in the office to assist the team.
• Managing transportation and travelling as per work needs.
• S/he will have to set up / coordinate meetings, maintain and distribute staff weekly schedule acting as a support stuff in assigned project-based work.
• Bank related work such as depositing & withdrawing cash/cheque.
• Co-ordinate with vendors, payment collection from clients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
