Responsibilities
and Duties
Manning the Help Desk to address the complaints of the residents.
Co-ordination with Facility and Security Management on all maintenance and security matters
Maintain Books of Accounts and finalisation of Accounts, Data entry / Management
Deal with all Tax matters - TDS, GST filing, etc.
Follow up for all dues to the Association with the members / residents / vendors, etc.
Timely payment of all bills / dues payable by the Association
Attend to all administrative work of the Association
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
The candidate should be a B.Com graduate with minimum one year experience preferably
in a Housing Society.
The Candidate should have excellent skills in MS Office particularly excel
applications / functions and Tally and must be able to handled correspondence in English independently.
Preference will be given to candidate resident in
Saligramam / Vadapalani
