Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist the Admin team in running the day-to-day business related routine work in the office and outside.
  • You will be required to work on holidays in case of emergency.
  • Do cash purchases when requested and submit bills and settle accounts promptly.
  • Maintain visitors register and inform clients of their visitors.
  • Handle any telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner, record details and pass on to the admin team.
  • Maintain an awareness of all our services & facilities.
  • Maintain the privacy of all clients by ensuring that no details of the clients are disclosed
  • Oversee the cleaning staff and ensure the property and surrounding areas are clean, safe and tidy at all times. Ensure wastes are disposed in the proper and safe method
  • Routine inspection of all the rooms and ensuring cleanliness at all times
  • Ordering catering items for meetings and events when requested and arranging proper service and clearing the area after the function.
  • Carry out inventories of office supplies, cafeteria supplies and other items and maintain records. Reordering of items to maintain minimum stocks and RO reading.
  • Required to perform works such as going to the post office and bank work.
  • Comply with the company’s environmental, health and safety policies and procedures

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Have a valid driver license.
