We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to various departments and assisting with daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing

Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, ordering supplies, and organizing storage areas

Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings

Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets

Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents and records

Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and processing invoices

Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
