We are a growing company that needs a reliable, organized Office Assistant to manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the business.
The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, CRM management experience, and excellent client-facing communication skills.

We’re looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed
Duties:
Manage the front desk
Handle enquiry calls from customers
Redirect clients and vendors to the right office.
Manage the CRM and database to assist senior executives when required.
Manage housekeeping staff.
Schedule travel arrangements for senior executives as well as clients, when applicable.
Maintain office supplies and inventories.
Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the office.
Organize and retrieve documents from files when necessary.
Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
