(UUCPL) is a coven of Learned Lawyers and Senior Ex-Bankers and highly Experienced personnel’s having sound knowledge, experience and skills in the financial matters and in different court matters. It has emerged in the year 2010 as a Proprietorship Firm with a view to providing legal support and assistance to NPA borrowers so that they can come back to normal, peaceful and tension free life by way of repaying their dues to creditors through amicable settlement as per RBI guidelines. Since that time the firm started its journey, amplified its periphery and become axletree. The business activity has thereafter shifted to newly formed Private limited Company named UPTURN UNITED CONSULTANCY PVT. LTD. (UUCPL) since 2017.
With the progress of business activity, it has made its presence in different parts of the country ie, in West Bengal, North East, Northern India and Western India to render best services to our customers from their nearby offices. a, presently we are having 9(Nine) branches located at, Kolkata (Near Kolkata High Court),Siliguri (WB),Guwahati & Jorhat (Assam) New Delhi (near Supreme Court ),Chandigarh (Punjab & Haryana),Mumbai & Pune (Maharastra) and Panaji (Goa). The company has taken a significant role in Indian legal field as well as in Financial sector. It is presently dealing with huge no of court cases at DRT, DRAT, NCLT, Arbitral Tribunals, High courts of different states and also Supreme court of India. It is not only a legal firm conducting and appearing before the different court of Law but also providing legal supports and assistance to its clients to come out from their acute financial problems. It also settles the Accounts of its clients amicably with the creditors within a very reasonable time frame and lawful manner as per RBI guidelines. The company also entrusted with the job of analysing the financial position of their clients, and revival of their units through Restructuring and/or otherwise within the RBI guidelines. Finally UUCPL is responsible to its clients and maintains unobtrusive commitment towards its clients.
