Job Description

Designation- Assistant to MD
1- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls of MD.
2- Managing meeting & appointments.
3- Organizing events and Transport.
4- Typing, compilling and preparing reports to M.D.Sir 5- Mail sending & reply on behalf of M.D. Sir 6- Remind to M. D. Sir for payment and any other instruction.
7- Prepare MOM.
8- Update M.D. Sir daily regarding
I. Labour working in company
II. Ensure ERP functioning at every step
9- Co-ordinate with Account, HR, QA Head regarding any issue and update to M.D. by mail, phone & personally.
10- Ensure that they should not be make any mistake in co-ordinating with these department and proper feedback to M.D.
11- Task given by M.D. should be reported to M.D. next day either by phone or personally.
