Law Firm's Office Clerk Require.
We are looking at an young and energetic office clerk / Computer operator who must have good communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Handle office interactions with visitors/ Clients. This includes answering phone inquiries, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management and handling requests or complaints in a professional manner
2. Keep track of work on daily basis. Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format.
3. Prepare legal documents and perform data entry and scan documents.
4. Manage calendar, Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, Drafts, memos and emails.
5. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel Arrangements for Managers.
6. Maintain office supplies for department.

Minimum Qualification:- MP/Secondary.
Age:- 18 Years To 29 Years.
Experience : fresher.
Skills:- Good Communication Skills. Salary:- 5,000/- To 6,000/- Per Month..
*Salary will be increased yearly which will depend on candidate's performance. Location: Kolkata - 700101.
