Job Description
Taking calls from customers and delivering messages while also using basic office equipment like faxes or scanners.
Help in maintain files to keep track of important documents, manage supply inventory and perform data entry as required.
Sales & Purchase records, managing work Flow, Handling Raw material TC and Quality inspection of Raw material as well as finish Products, etc.

Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail
Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research
