Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: 

As an Office Assistant, you will work closely with the CEO of the company on the following tasks:


  • Handle Calls

  • Manage and Creating Office Documents

  • Manage Client Deliveries

  • Manage different types of Payments

  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures

  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages


You're a great fit if you have:


  • At least 1 years of full-time corporate experience (But fresher can also apply)

  • Excellent MS office skill and presentation skill

  • Impeccable written and spoken English

  • An aptitude for mathematics and logic

  • A solid experience in resolving work-conflict situations

  • An ability to be constantly self-driven and organised
