Responsibilities and Duties
The office assistant will have the responsibility to coordinate the day to day office activities that includes:
attendance management
scheduling of interviews and meetings
coordinating with facility management agency for daily upkeep of the office
coordinating and organizing for any repairs
Maintaining and organizing for courier pickup and delivery
organizing office events and pantry services
ordering food / beverages / stationary etc for office running
ensuring timely opening and closing of office
meeting and greeting clients and vendors
manage incoming and outgoing calls
scheduling interviews
data entry for maintaining logs and entries for material movement.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
The candidate should be a graduate with at-least 2-3 years of work experience. The candidate should be fluent in Hindi & English. Detailed knowledge about computer like Word / Excell / Emails etc is compulsory.
