  • Job Purpose: To assist one or more managers in a Department or Function in planning, organizing, scheduling, co-ordinating and managing resources effectively 
Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities: 
  • Proper maintenance of records, files, papers and any other type of documents in computerized form or in physical form. 
  • Co-ordinating within/ across departments/ functions in order to enable smooth flow of work. 
  • Planning and organizing all infra structural requirements for meetings, conferences, workshops. 
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments effectively in order to ensure proper utilization of time. 
  • Co-ordinating with external agencies (like travel agencies, Hotels, Airlines, individuals, consultants, etc) to facilitate effective interface. 
  • Maintaining confidential files & correspondence for the manager/ managers. 
Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Graduate in any discipline with a professional secretarial course. 
  • 1- 3 years experience in an administrative capacity 
  • Kannada fluency required.
  • Females Preferred

  • Ability to handle other office related equipments like photocopier, facsimile machine, etc.
