Job Description for Office Boy:
1.Regularly clean and maintain the office premises.
1.Regularly clean and maintain the office premises.
2.Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager
3.Outdoor work travelling to deliver and collect documents and parcels as required
4. Assist in organizing office events and celebrations.
5. Must be physically fit to Perform duties such as lifting and moving office equipment
6. Answering telephone, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages.
7. Maintaining and devising office systems, including filing, data management etc.
8. Providing information to callers, greeting persons entering organization and directing individuals to correct destination.
9. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
10. Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
