JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF OFFICE BOY

Location- Jaipur

• To deliver and pick-up mail, messages, documents, packages and other items to and from office or any other location that may be required.

• Organizing and keeping files and handling projects.

• Answering and forwarding phone call, and taking messages.

• Providing details to phone callers, and office visitors

• Monitoring the use of devices and supplies within the workplace.

• Dealing with inquiries or needs from the visitors and workers.

• Coordinating the maintenance and repair of devices for the workplace.

• Collecting and distributing couriers or packages among workers and starting and searching messages.

• Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files.

• Maintaining Office System including filing,data management.

• Upkeep office, outdoor work, like sending documents and cheques to banks and customers.

Education and Qualifications

-High school diploma with basic office skills.

- Experience in administrative or clerical activities is an added advantage.

• Field job. Driving Two wheelers is mandatory.

-Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
