Pineapple Consulting Pvt Ltd jobs - Office Boy

Following is the list of work to be done by the office by every day.

• Open the office at 10 am every single day and finish off cleaning work by 10.30.
• Cleaning Office & veranda every day. Keep the washroom clean and dry.
• Coordinating with the maid for cleaning of washroom - she needs to come on time and do her job well.
• Fill in hand wash / napkins. 
• Filling the water bottles, glasses as needed.
• Making Tea/ Coffee.
• Watering and taking care of plants including calling the gardener once a month.
• Ensuring that the inner plants are kept outside every weekend/holiday for sun. 
• Cleaning work stations.
• Washing the vessels and keeping them clean all the time.
• Getting tiffin from Tina's home.
• Serving lunch to Tina & Ameet.
• Service tea/coffee/lunch to Clients.
• Buying necessary office needs as communicated 
• Taking print outs / Sending couriers / Manage Bank related jobs.
• Buying and bringing F&B, medicines as required by the team members.
• Picking parcels, cheques and delivering the same to & from clients when needed.
• Managing and storing client work samples.
• Catering to any electrical or other problems at office.
• Pack Brew bubble products as per the sales orders. Manage all paperwork related to the same.
• Updating daily expenses 
• Ensure that all the lights/fans/ACs/Computers &all electrical devices are switched off if he is leaving in the end
