Welcome Calls to Clients

Lead Generation

Customer follow-up

Feedback - mails/phones (communication channel)

Prepare a list of calls and send the same to HOD.

Explain the customers - based on product offers / benefits

If Required, Candidate has to fix the appointments, site visits, client home visits (for home presentation, corporate company presentations, data management.)

Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills, hard-working and sincere.

Must have a pleasing personality and high energy levels.

Should be highly dedicated and motivated towards work.

Strong client relationship management and development aptitude

Office Management
